Found another solution if these didn’t work. The game uses .scr files for its audio scripting, which windows recognizes as a screen saver. Use cmd.exe to associate them with a real script windows recognizes. Go to cmd.exe, open as administrator, and type in “assoc .scr=.vbs” and hit enter, and enjoy audio in your game again!

Полный отказ в доступе на win8.1 по “ethernet” ни по доступу – ни о значению параметра. Как тут с wi-fi но способствует это разбеганию глаз.
